How do I return an item(s)?

To return an item(s), please include the confirmation email sent to you with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address that appears on this email. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen. Customer satisfaction and loyalty is important to us and we are extremely sorry if a product does slip through our Quality Control System, any comments would be appreciated. No returns on Seconds Goods.  Exchange of Seconds Goods is at the discretion of the company.  Please note that returns may take up to 30 days to process.

How can I exchange a product(s)?

If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include $5 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia, and $8 for re-delivery to New Zealand (credit cards only). No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging size (Australia only). If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge. Please do not re-use our courier bag. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. What do I need to know about refund cheques?

All refunds can be held in credit against your membership for future purchases if requested. On occasion we may owe you an amount which is $5 or less in total. Our policy is to hold this amount and to deduct it from your next order. You may request a refund cheque for the amount owing at any time by calling customer service on 07 55 316 235.

Privacy Policy

1. Privacy is important.

We recognise that privacy of personal information is important to individuals. We will not sell your personal information to any third party.  Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private.

2. Your say on your privacy.

We are principally a retailer. Retailing can utilise a number of facilities and functions including shops (off the street and in shopping centres), the Internet, promotional material (using various forms including paper and electronic mail outs), credit and other card systems, lay-by arrangements and reward schemes.

4. Obtaining personal information.

Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business.

If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you.

5. Safekeeping and need to know handling.

As part of us keeping your personal information private we only allow access on a need to know basis.

6. Your access and control.

However, in accordance with the privacy law we give you access to your personal information we hold and you can correct misinformation (except where it would be inappropriate or exempted by law e.g - where it would require disclosing someone else's personal information, but we will provide you with reasons).

7. Confidence.

It is important for us that persons with whom we do business have confidence that we handle information responsibly and it is our policy to do this.

Only on a need to know basis will some of your Information be passed on to our delivery couriers and catalogue mailing houses to enable accurate and timely delivery of your orders and/or promotional materials and catalogues. Where appropriate and allowed by law we may also provide information to our collection agency.

We reserve the right:

that all orders are subject to availability of stock.
to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
